As President of the Pennsylvania Narcotic Officer's Association I am pleased to announce that our Treasurer, Joe Jacob, has been elected to the Executive Board of the National Narcotic Officer's Association Coalition at the National Meeting in Washington D.C. The National Narcotic Officer's Association Coalition is made up of over forty State Narcotic Officer Associations from across the country who form together to be represented at the National Level. Joe is Chief of Police for the Wright Township Police Department in Mountaintop. He serves on the Executive Board of the Pennsylvania Chief's of Police Association and is President of the Luzerne County Drug Task Force Board of Chief's. Joe is also a graduate of the FBI National Academy - 206th Session. Joe has served on the Pennsylvania Narcotic Officer's Association Executive Board since the Association was formed in 1990. He has served as Secretary, Vice President, President, and is currently our Association Treasurer. I want to congratulate Joe on being elected to represent the Pennsylvania Narcotic Officer's Association in this National Organization and I am extremely pleased that the PNOA now holds one of the five National Narcotic Officer's Association Coalition Board Positions.
